LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is recruiting for a German speaking customer support administrator to work for an international world-renowned company, based South of London with great train connections from London Bridge and Waterloo .

This is NOT a call centre role, working with a great company, stimulating working environment with a real career progression opportunity


Customer Service Administrator - German speaking Duties:


• Managing German speaking goods return queries
• Receive returns queries from customers
• Deal with replacement and logistics requests
• Following up on returns issues
• Product knowledge training
• Uploading orders on CRM
• Admin duties


Customer Service Administrator - German speaking-Requirements:
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Coordination skills
• Strong phone , email and social media skills
• A passion for customer service and client relationships
