Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is looking for an engaging administrator or client service coordinator to join a world-renowned company, leader in their field with prestigious clients all over the world.
For this client facing role, you will have outstanding presentation and organisation skills as well as the ability to deliver excellent service to both clients and internal stakeholders
This role requires fluency in English as well as French OR Spanish OR Italian OR German language skills.
Events & Showroom coordinator – Main duties:
- Welcoming visitors (appointments only) to the showroom and training centre
- Lead tours and guide clients through real life displays
- Monitor and reply to queries from colleagues, clients and training delegates
- Support sales team with showroom bookings
- Gain and communicate feedback of the market and visits to head office
- Attend events and network
- Manage events and training calendar
- Organise logistics around events and training by liaising with approved catering and travel booking suppliers
- Support the Centre’s manager
Events & Showroom coordinator – Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Additional French OR Spanish OR Italian OR German language skills id highly desirable
- Previous experience in client facing role in events or office coordination or luxury hospitality or design showroom
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Organised with ability to prioritise workload and adapt
- Good IT skills
- Creative thinker and ability to resolve issues
- Team-player with a can-do attitude
- Positive and ambitious personality
This role is deal for a candidate with a background in interior design looking to use their language skills and develop their career in a friendly, diverse and international company.
