LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting Finnish OR Swedish OR Danish OR Norwegian Speaking Billing Analysts for their client, an international company based near Northampton, Kettering, Loughborough, Leicester, Wellingborough, Luton or Milton Keynes
Duties of the Finnish OR Swedish OR Danish OR Norwegian Speaking Billing Analyst:
To carry out the contract process, resolving any queries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities of the Finnish OR Swedish OR Danish OR Norwegian Speaking Billing Analyst:
•To ensure the billing process adheres to company procedures
•Maximise efficiency relating to customer enquiries
•Answer customer calls relating to queries and issues
•Process any amendments in the contract administration
•Support the team leader to ensure all targets are met
Requirements of the Finnish OR Swedish OR Danish OR Norwegian Speaking Billing Analyst:
•Fluency in English AND Finnish OR Swedish At least 1 year’s office experience
•Ability to process data in an accurate and timely manner
•Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
•Able to prioritise and make decisions
•Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
