LRS are currently recruiting for a Trilingual Customer Service speaking French as well as either Spanish or Italian

 

Trilingual Customer Service Specialist speaking French as well as either Spanish or Italian - Key Duties:

- Receive incoming calls from international customers; recording orders and activity in the database

- Provide basic technical support

- Managing live Chat requests

- Managing logistical issues

- Product training

 

Trilingual Customer Service Specialist speaking French as well as either Spanish or Italian - to apply you will have:

• Fluency in French as well as either Spanish or Italian and the English language (written & spoken)

• Previous experience or internship (at least 9 months) in Customer Service or client support or similar

• Great relationship building skills

• A consultative telephone approach (non aggressive)

• Strong attention to details
