Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting a fixed-term French Speaking Customer Service Coordinator for a company based in Central London.

As a Customer Service Representative fluent in French, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction for French-speaking clientele.


Main Duties:

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by processing all incoming queries with the highest quality level.

  • Use web chat to talk to the client in real time

  • Liaising with internal teams to provide feedback and drive improvements.

  • Provide support to customers throughout the onboarding process.

  • Take own initiative to learn and provide additional support to the team when possible.

  • Provide ad hoc support where needed.


Requirements of the French Speaking Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Fluency in French and English

  • Previous experience in Customer Service

  • Proactive and motivated

  • Comfortable using several internal systems.

  • Enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced culture

  • Working as part of a small team

  • Strong communication skills with good telephone manners
