LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a French speaking IT Technical Support

You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international company

French speaking IT Gaming Technical Support - Duties:

• Dealing with phone calls, chats, emails both in French and English

• Solving technical customer issues; escalate complex problems to other teams

• Updating customer information on database

• Products training

French speaking IT Gaming Technical Support - In order to apply for this exciting role, you will need to have:

• Must be fluent in English and French
• Strong interest in gaming and computer, phones, consoles
• Previous exposure to technical support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
