LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a French speaking Technical Support Specialist to join a global software company based in South-West London.


French speaking Technical Support Specialist - main duties include:

 Dealing with customer queries via phone, online chat & emails, both in French and English
 Solving technical customer issues; escalating complex problems to other teams
 Updating customer information on database
 Maintaining a high-level of product knowledge and keeping up-to-date on competitor’s products
 Providing support to the team


Requirements for the French speaking Technical Support Specialist:

- Fluency in French AND English, both written and spoken
- At least 1 years’ experience in a role providing technical support
- Strong knowledge of different technological devices
- Excellent Microsoft OS skills
- An interest in online gaming and computing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
