Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a German and Italian Customer Service Specialist to work for a prestigious Company based in Central London

- Duties:

Dealing with business clients in Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy) via either phone, email or live chats
Collaborating with other departments to make sure the company clients receive the best customer service at all times
Providing translation and client support
Learning about products in order to provide clients with insights and excellent customer service

Requirements:

Fluent German and Italian
Experience in either administration ,customer service or customer support, customer coordination or similar roles
Excellent people and communication skills
Coordination and organizational skills
