LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a German and Italian speaking Customer Service Advisor based in London/ Sunbury on Thames

You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international company

Customer Service Executive – German and Italian speaking Duties:

• Managing both German and Italian speaking customer service queries
• Describing Customer Service solutions to either German or Italian speaking customers
• Creating digital customer service solutions to customers via phone, emails and video
• Dealing with clients emails and request in a consultative and professional fashion
• Relationship building
• Learning new CS tools and techniques

Customer Service Executive – German and Italian speaking  In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:

• Fluent in either German and or Italian as well as English
• Excellent communication skills
• Manage various tasks
• Strong phone , email and Customer Service skills
• Strong admin kills
