Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a German Junior Conference Coordinator / Speaker Recruiter to join a leading media and event company famous globally for their events and campaigns.
 
German speaking Junior Conference Coordinator/ Marketing - Duties:
 
• Liaising with various teams such as conference, production, marketing
• Website management CMS picture research 
• Working with designers for websites creation
• Leasing with marketing and content team as well as sponsors
• Providing speakers with customer support, logistic as well as customer support
• Making sure marketing material and literature is produced smoothly
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
 
German speaking Junior Conference Coordinator/ Marketing - Requirements:
 
• Fluency in German and English.
• Multitasking and organisation skills
• Excellent customer service and project coordination skills
• Previous Customer Service, phone and coordination experience ideally in either the conferencing or event sector
• Good telephone and written communication skills
• Team player, Autonomous, Self-Motivated
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presenting)
• Able to meet deadlines
