LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is recruiting for a Bilingual German Customer Service Advisor for their client, an international fashion company in London
The German Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for responding to customer queries via email, live chat, phone and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Duties of the German Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
Respond to customer queries through live chat, email and phone and social media
Liaising with logistics to solve delivery issues with customers
Deal with warranty claims for customers
Translation of documents and correspondence where necessary
Review website daily and escalate any issues
Assist in training and mentoring new recruits
Support the management team with ad hoc tasks
Work with the team to identify and highlight customer trends
Requirements of the German Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
Fluency in German and English
Some experience within a customer service environment and on-line contact
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interest fashion would be a bonus
Strong interest or experience with using social media
