This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong PA/office manager background, and enjoys varied, hands on tasks, and getting involved in projects throughout Europe.

Duties of the German Speaking PA/Office Manager

• Arranging international travel arrangements, diaries, and coordinating meetings
• Liaising with important clients, including international clients
• Occasional overseas business trips
• Typical office management duties
• Experience dealing with expenses
• Attending meetings and taking notes
• Ad hoc tasks including some private PA duties

Requirements of the German Speaking PA/Office Manager

• Native level of German with Excellent written and spoken English
• Great communication skills
• Experience of similar role working with C level executives
• Quick to respond to tasks
• Motivated team player
• Professional and responsible manner
• Strong organisational skills
• Positive can do attitude
