German Speaking Search Engine Quality Specialist - Social Media, Main Duties:

• Responsible for the Quality assurance of search labelling projects

• Review and advise feedback on works carried out from BPO companies and internal teams

• Run root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare reports

• Train and coach teams as well as lead meetings to ensure understanding of policies

• Update guidelines, Q&A and policies to improve workflow

Search Engine Quality Specialist / Social Media platform (With German) - Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English is essential

• Previous experience in content moderations, QA or SEO

• Strong Interest in search engines, or social media trends required

• Background in RCA, Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Policy writing

• A BA degree or equivalent education or background preferred

• Exposure to machine learning or AI is a plus

• Adaptable, resilient and able to work in faced paced environment

• Willing to work with sensitive data

• Good MS office Skills

• Able to work in Shift patterns
