LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting for a Translator of commercial texts from German into English to join their client’s in-house team.  This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience working within a dynamic and established company; with the chance of growing in the position and taking on more varied projects over time.

German to English In-House Translator - Key Duties:

Translating and proofreading texts from German into English
Working to client defined deadlines
Paying excellent attention to detail and ensuring the quality of the material is second to none before delivering the final versions
Working independently as well as part of a multilingual translation team in a fast-paced environment
Dealing with a range of texts, including Technical, Marketing and Legal material

German to English In-House Translator - to apply you will have:

Native level English
Excellent fluency in German
Fluency in Spanish or Italian, or another European language would be a great advantage but is not essential
A degree and ideally a post graduate qualification in languages or translation
Experience of freelance or in-house technical translation is preferred, however all specialisations will be considered
Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as familiarity with CAT Tools (Trados, Wordfast)
