Mandarin speaking candidates with previous experience in retail  or luxury shopping experience gained in prestigious environments
You will join as a Marketing Executive  –  Luxury Tax Free Shopping Specialist – Mandarin speaking joining a famous global company with offices and clients all over the world, you will manage the Mandarin speaking Luxury Customers 

An amazing opportunity for someone with either  previous experience as a French speaking Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Project Manager ideally gained in the Tech Events or similar sectors

You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international Luxury Retail floor  working with Prestigious Mandarin speaking Customers

Luxury Retail Tax Free Shopping Specialist – Mandarin speaking Duties:
• Training customers on tax free retail transactions
• Assisting Mandaring speaking customers with their shopping experiences .
• Facilitating documents and admin
• Dealing with queries and complaints
• Customer Service
• Upselling

Luxury Retail Tax Free Shopping Specialist – Mandarin speaking In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:

• Fluent Mandarin and English
• Ideally – Experience in either retail or customer service function with an element of admin and covering the Mandarin speaking markets
• Preferred – retail , luxury shopping, admin and Customer Service
•  A fast thinker who is proactive, able to use initiative, team player,
•  Good attention to detail and good communication skills
