Management Accountant – Finance Manager

(LRS) Language Recruitment Services is currently recruiting a management accountant, bookkeeper, finance manager to join a global creative company.

Experience in an international company is highly desirable

Management Accountant , Main Duties

• Prepare and reconcile Balance sheets, P & L, and month-end financial operations

• Process Payroll

• Manage All HMRC declarations (P45, P11D, NI) as well as expats tax returns

• Update General ledger

• Prepare and submit VAT returns and corporate tax returns

• Support budget preparation

• Liaise with auditors

• Treasury and cashflow management and forecasting

• Report to Head office

• Ad hoc admin and back-office support

Finance manager, profile:

​

• English to native level

• Knowledge of Japanese language or culture would be a real plus

• Previous experience in similar role in an international corporation

• Accounting qualification (AAT) would be a plus but not essential

• Excellent communication and numeracy skills

• Strong attention to detail, thorough and meticulous in their work

• Good MS office skills (Excel)

• Ability to multitask and a proactive attitude
