LRS (Language Recruitment Services) are currently recruiting for an Office Manager/Finance Administrator with German on behalf of a global company. The office manager will also support the finance department as well as being involved in many aspects of the business from Office Management to Accounting, PA support to the MD, Expenses, Events Management, and Financial reporting.

 

Our client is looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, who can use their own initiative to assist the MD, as well as manage all executive responsibilities for the London office. Responsibilities of the Office Manager with German:

 

  • Assisting the Managing Director with monthly internal reports and yearly budget preparation

  • Coordinating sales, operational, financial and management reporting and communication effectively and concisely

  • Working closely with high level staff in different departments

  • Preparing monthly accounts and quarterly statements

  • Ensuring that the office is well-stocked and that the facility is well managed

  • Coordinating events & travel arrangements

  • Preparing, negotiating and processing legal documentation

 

 

Requirements of the Office Manager with German:

 

  • Educated to Bachelor degree level preferred

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a related role

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Proven numerical ability and accounting/bookkeeping experience

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

  • Strong organisational and office management skills

  • Experience with accounting, finance and data analysis

  • Native level fluency in German and English
