LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking an Outbound Sales Manager Team Leader French and Italian speaking to join a creative Tech Company based in Milan

You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international Team

Outbound Sales Manager/ Team Leader Italian and French speaking - Saas Tech Milan Duties:

• Ensuring the team will reach high level of sales through consultative outbound sales and business development strategies
• Enhancing the team using insightful motivation, coaching, training and development
• Creative Social media consultative selling and business development
• Become an expert of tech saas products in order to pass on information and educate clients, customers as well as members of the team
• Understanding client’s needs and provide solutions to them

Outbound Sales Manager/ Team Leader Italian and French speaking - Saas Tech Milan In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:

• Fluent in both French and Italian as well as English
• Previous experience as Outbound Sales Team Leader or similar people management role within the tech sector such as IT, Saas, e-commerce or similar
• Experience in reaching and overachieving targets
• Experience and passionate about coaching and training
• Enhancing member’s selling abilities while identifying their unique strengths
• Ability to deal with other members of the company in an open and communicative way
• Strong knowledge and ability of selling using social media as well
• Willing to relocate to Milan or nearby
