LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is seeking Portuguese speakers for one of their prestigious clients in Central London.

Duties of the Office Administrator - Data Entry, Portuguese Speaking:

• Answering queries by phone and email.

• Data entry

• Archiving

• General administration

Requirements of the Office Administrator - Data Entry, Portuguese Speaking:

• Fluent to native level Portuguese with good business English

• Good typing/keyboard skills and MS Office skills.

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work as part of a friendly team

• Should be hands on and flexible to carry out various daily tasks in scanning documents, archiving, data input and general administration

• Excellent customer service skills
