LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is seeking Portuguese speakers for one of their prestigious clients in central London

Duties of the PA/Secretary /Office Administrator-Portuguese Speaking

·        Answering queries by phone and email.

·        Data entry

·        Archiving

·        General administration

 

Requirements of the PA/Secretary /Office Administrator-Portuguese Speaking

·        Good typing/keyboard and MS Office skills.

·        Strong attention to detail

·        Ability to work as part of a friendly team

·        Should be hands on and flexible to carry out various daily tasks in scanning documents, archiving, data input and general administration

·        Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
