Up to £30,000 dependent on experience

12 months contract – Likely to go permanent

Based In Buckinghamshire, easy commute from north-west London, Wembley, Chesham, Watford, High Wycombe, Amersham, Uxbridge, Hemel Hempstead, Harrow, Milton Keynes

LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is looking for a talented B to B customer service coordinator, account manager or inside sales executive to join a leading global company in healthcare technology and research industry.

You will responsible for the full order cycle for French and German speaking clients. Previous experience in order processing, logistics, merchandising, supply-chain or delivery monitoring is highly desirable.

 

Your Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding client service to business clients

- Process orders & monitor closely ongoing deliveries

- Responding to queries and resolve order issues in a timely manner

- Maintain good relationships with clients and partners,

- Follow-ups on shipments and organise replacements where needed

- Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to resolve any issues

- Work as part of a team thriving to improve the quality of service

 

Profile:

- Fluent in German AND French, spoken and written

- Fluent English with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Great attention to details and problem-solving mind-set

- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload efficiently

- Competent MS Office skills

- Previous experience in order management, sales orcer processing, logistics, import/export, or custom clearance

- Order Management systems experience preferred (SAP, Oracle)
