Excellent International Customer Service / Administrator role based In Surrey / Southwest London. Flexibility to work from home twice/three days per week.
Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently seeking a French and Italian speaking Customer Service Administrator, after-sales coordinator, return administrator to join a cosmopolitan and vibrant international company.
French and Italian speaking Customer Service Administrator Duties:
Manage customer queries and returns for both Italian and French speaking market
Coordinate replacements, tech support and/or refunds as per internal processes
Providing solutions to business client as well as end-users in an effective and timely manner
Tracking queries via ticketing systems, logging calls, and updating CRM systems
Monitor level of service and client satisfaction
Work closely internal departments and actively participate in improving overall experience of clients
French and Italian speaking After-Sales Administrator Requirements:
Fluent in both Italian and French as well as English
Previous office experience in customer service or sales administration
Excellent communication skills spoken and written
Organised with client centric mindset
Positive team player
Good numeracy and IT skills
