Job Title: Trilingual Dutch/French Customer Service Coordinator

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a Trilingual Customer Service Coordinator, with fluent French, Dutch with a good level of English, for a global manufacturing company. The role is based in Amsterdam, where you will be assisting and representing the Customer Service Department for Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Duties of the Trilingual Dutch/French Customer Service Coordinator:
• Working as part of the dynamic Benelux Team, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customer queries, requirements are met
• Approving product prices, establishing internal POs, processing customer orders, solving blocked and closed orders, assisting with the launch of new products and catalogues, tracking business sales and expenditures
• Providing solid knowledge of company product information
• Understanding the purpose of business and prioritising promotional activities to increase the global and technological stance of the company, in line with e-commerce procedures
• Complying with SOX procedures, to guarantee superiority of customer transactions
• Team Player attitude to cover absences and take on new responsibilities
Requirements of the Trilingual Dutch/French/English Customer Service Coordinator:
• Fluency in all three languages: French, Dutch and English
• At least 2 years’ experience working in customer service
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP (desirable)
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Strong administration and organisation skills, high attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems and experience with EDI (desirable)
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment and undertake additional duties
