Turkish speaking Customer Service Executive Technology -Key Duties:
- Client’s Customer service support while providing excellent coordination and quality communication always
- Providing information about product information as well as solving technical problems
- Working on return of products credits and refunds
- Supporting supervisors and other members of the team
- Mapping opportunities and improvements of systems and escalating them to the team
Turkish speaking Customer Service Executive Technology - to apply you will have:

- Fluency in Turkish as well as English language (written & spoken)
- Previous experience or internship (at least 3 months) in Customer Service or client support or similar
- Great relationship building skills
- A consultative telephone approach (non aggressive)
- Strong attention to details
