Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for an experienced Finance & HR Assistant to join a growing international company with multiple offices in Europe. This is an exciting role providing support on bookkeeping, Payroll & HR functions for the company’s Spanish business.


Main responsibilities of the Assistant – HR & Finance (with Spanish):

  • Send payroll information to the Spain based accountant

  • Maintain meticulous records of wages, invoices, and accounts receivable/payable

  • Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare VAT reports

  • Administer HR functions including issuing contracts, managing employee records, and handling staff inquiries.

  • Assist with onboarding new staff and coordinate contract renewals and extensions.



  • Fluent English with native level of Spanish

  • Previous experience in similar role in the service sector

  • Bookkeeping background with experience recording, wages, receivable & payable ledgers

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to details

  • Knowledge of employment laws in Spain
